Learning Platform: Corporative learning platform

OVERVIEW

Using AI to transform how the art world explores, connects, and collects

KPMG Learning Platform (KLP) continues to evolve as it supports delivery of our range of learning content from micro-learning to blended multi-year programmes through managed service contracts.

The platform underpins the delivery of the learning and needs to keep pace with other vendors and the expectations for a modern integrated corporate learning platform – one that supports continuous learning, micro-learning, social collaboration and learning in the flow of work to deliver an end to end learning experience for employees.

It is in this context that we consider the key areas of focus for the roadmap development to help solve key client issues in corporate learning and ultimately enhance the learning experience.

Mobile2Mobile is a cashless mobile application based on QR code technology. The goal of the project is to facilitate transactions between merchants and cardholders exclusively through smartphones.

INNOVATION

Prioritise work when everything is important

User experience and business goals go hand in hand. Setting business goals is a best practice for success project launch. So, for me as Product designer it’s important to look at business goals and build the bridge between user needs and business goals.

INNOVATION

Starting the design

We did a round of stakeholder interviews with the dev team prior to starting any design work. We look at fufure of online education and competetors. We learnt a lot a from end-users and their experirnce.

User flow: Before I started wireframing I worked on user flow, page templates, core elements and interaction.

INNOVATION

Prioritise work when everything is important

One of the most important and complicated part was a plan. I worked close to Product Owner to ensure that we will meet the deadline with the right amount of features and hit the expectations.

We prioritised features based on Business value, User value and Complexity. That gave us attention to functionality that are important and urgent so that we can later focus on lower priority tasks.

OVERVIEW

Better together: powering growth through seamless brand integration

We decided that the new interface and experience should be modern but we had a brand guidlines which we must to follow. We looked at the current learning content to see what content would need to be reorganized, rewritten, expanded, or deleted. Once that was signed off, we moved into the creation of the layouts across mobile and desktop.

GOING FORWARD

The new Art Basel app and AI concierge debut to 75,000+ at Art Basel Miami

This was a really interesting and challenging project for me. Interviewing colleagues across the firm from different department allowed me to get in touch with people who constantly learning and want to be better. That was motivation for all the team. Besides our business goals we wanted to deliver the best experince and bring unmotivated people to active online learners. We’re proud of what we’ve built and are excited about what comes next.
